2x 60 minute 1:1 Training Sessions held at your home, with plenty of choice of dates and times to suit you

How it works
Complete the Form
You'll be directed to a form to fill out in order to book in your first session once you've purchased your package. This form is really important, as it gives me all the background information that I'll need in order to fully understand the goals that you have or the issues that you're experiencing and need help with.
Training Plan Created
Once I've received your completed form, I'll go over all the information provided to come up with a fully tailored training plan to suit your goals and needs. This will of course be flexible, but will be structured to maximise the amount of learning that we can cover in each session.
Training Begins!
During your 1:1 Sessions, we'll work together on the exercises and information needed to support you with your training needs. These sessions happen at your home, and each will be supplemented by a writeup with your instructions for practice, and video content where applicable.
Next steps...
It should go without saying that there's always the option to add more training to your diary should you wish to continue once your package is complete. I have other package options available to choose from, or the option to book sessions individually. I won't leave you high and dry - we'll discuss next steps in our final scheduled session, and I'll be happy to support you however you need!
